In March 28, 2008, the first session of the second staff representative conference of Jin’ou was held grandly at Conference Room. 30 staff representatives and 2 nonvoting delegates took part in the conference.
At the conference, General Manager Yuanyue Zhao delivered The Administrative Work Report which summarized the work of past year in all respects and reported conditions of finishing operation targets in 2007 with highly praising staff for innovative consciousness and dedicated spirit. The report also attached importance to the market situation in 2008, set up the operation target of 2008 and arranged five key tasks in 2008 to boost Jin’ou with steady and rapid development. The bright prospects of Jin’ou greatly inspired delegates present more enthusiasm and confidence.
Then CPC Secretary Bangshun Cao made a significant speech Realize Situation and Ensure Target to Achieve Steady yet Rapid Development which emphasized that all should understand better the work report and clearly look on the market situation in 2008 especially the arduous operation task. At last the speech proposed to diligently follow the conference spirit.
General Manager Yuanyue Zhao listened attentively suggestions at conference and arranged related departments to resolve. This session made all staff realize market situation, inspire morale and reach a consensus. Looking back, we are encouraged by the achievements of past year. Looking ahead, we are exciting future for Jin’ou. Under the leadership of leaders of all levels, Jin’ou must make further development and innovation with new image to face new opportunity and challenges for completing the overall operation target to make tremendous achievements! |
