The 23th National Railway Construction Enterprise Annual Meeting was set up at 8 a.m., Sept.21, 2008 in Pukou Mingfa Pearl Spring Hotel and completed on Sept.24, 2008.
As the host company Jin’ou and co-host company Basic-Construction Company, the companies emphasized much on this Annual Meeting ranging from meeting planning to guests reception. Except for these, staff also gave much concern on this glorious Annual Meeting and engaged in emblem designs. It was presided by Jin’ou Party Secretary Mr. Cao Bangshun and Jin’ou General Manager Mr. Zhao Yuanyue delivered the opening speech as well as CSR Puzhen Rolling Stock Co.Ltd Director Mr. Pan Songbai made the speech.. During the session, all railway construction units looked backing the achievements of past year and concluded the report for exchanging ideas.
