November 12 afternoon, 2008, SLV specialist Mr Derks and responsible welding coordinator of Jin’ou made signature on Certificate Report which indicating Jin’ou acquired EN15085-2 CL1 Certificate.

DIN6700 Welding Standard presently is a worldwide welding standard adapted from Germany railway vehicles and components welding standard which is carrying much authority in world railway welding field. In addition, EN15085 Standard is the upgrade standard of DIN6700. In the future, EN15085 will replace DIN6700 step by step and become a necessary passport in serious cempetitive international market.

 In the morning of November 12, 2008, Mr. Derks of Germany certificate organization SLV and Harbin Welding Training Center Mr. Gao Xin audited carefully from different aspects containing welders certificates, product drawings, welding procedure qualification reports, welding procedure process with emphasizing on part-time welding engineers work diary and welding specimen evaluation records. In the afternoon, they made scenic check covering material warehouse, welding consumables storage, components warehouse and welding process. Through rigorous check and careful examinations, two specialists both agreed that Jin’ou has fulfilled the standard requirements and made effective function in EN15085 for acquiring the Certificate.
