Early Feburary,2009, Due to promote Lean Production, elevate quality, strengthen competitition, Jin’ou made the working plam for Lean Production ( First Session ), set up the leader group of Lean Production, built a Assess System. Combining with the existing problems, the leader group arranged details in implementing JIT producing and working standard producing, publicizing and training etc. It is indicated that the First Session has reached much achievement.

      On training, organizing staff deputy eapecially related working group earnestly learn the theorical knowledge, preparing learning files of Lean Productinon. Some departments covering Manufacture Department, Q&A Department, Coach Fittings Department centralized together to deeply     followed Lean Production. In addition to this, Jin’ou Eye and boards publicized Lean Production widely.

      On normal works, Jin’ou has basically conpleted area plot for different functions in working shops under the main leaders’ instructing. A number of preparing works containing tools setting, labor protection are strictly following. Steel Working shop and Coach Fittings Department put more attention on Lean Production, so nuch efforts are gained recently.
